Alternate Future : Plays Of The 9

It was 7:00 in the evening.

His agreement with her to constantly plays mind game to help her develop her mind has ended up in a quite severe mental disorder where she develop several defective personality in her self.

She ran outside with a knife in her hand. Stopping just 2 feet away from the edge of the cliff. Breathing heavily with her eyes locked on him.

He was walking slowly towards her, not to make any sudden movement, not to startled her. And then he talked to her to try to calm her down.

“darling, please, you need some help from the professional. I promise i’ll visit you everyday, i’ll bring you flowers.”

“NO! YOU JUST WANT TO LOCK ME AWAY! BECAUSE YOU DON’T LOVE ME ANYMORE!”

“no, please, i always...”

Haven't finished his talk, she rushed to him screaming like a murderous lunatic with her knife ready to do any harm to him. She threw her knife at him but it didn’t hit him.

He bowed down to take the knife from the ground. He was getting back up with the knife pointing upward in his hand. She tripped over and fell. She fell to the knife and got stabbed on her own body.

They both frozen from any movement. Both because of the pain that just struck them. One on the physical body from the knife that got stabbed to her. One on the heart knowing that he would lose her to his own hand, but not because of him, but might be her best way out from her insanity.

As she slowly fade away, laying on the grass with her head on his lap with him sitting down slumped. He didn’t know what to do while his love was unable to speak any words from he blood-flooded throat. They could only look to each other’s eyes. One is looking up sad seeing the one she loved crying. One is looking down devastated witnessing the last moment of the oen he loved.

As her eyes started closing not to open again. He said his last words to her.
“i love you...”

And the sky that night started raining heavily with thunder storm.

It was 5:00 in the morning.

She ran outside to the backyard towards the cliff’s end. Stopping just 4 feet away from the edge of the cliff. She closed the eyes, spread his arms wide, and breathed in the morning air. She just invited a smile to her face. And then she relaxed her arms down and stare into ocean ahead of her, watching the sun climb up slowly to it’s place on the horizon.

He made his way to the back porch, to find her outside enjoying the morning. He walked him self towards her. Standing beside her while staring at the ocean, he talked calmly to her.

“you forgot your hijab.”

“...but, honey, we are married now!”

“i just don’t want your dad step any closer to hell.”

He was still staring to the ocean. Then she looked at him, putted on a sulky face and walked grumpily back to their white wooden cottage that was not very far behind them. She entered the cottage through the back door, walked inside where the green interior paint was slowly shined upon by the light of the rising sun far on the horizon.

She walked to the kitchen table, and took the hijab cloth she didn’t get to wear, worked it around his face and walked back outside. After she get to him, she talked grumpily to him.

“you happy now?!”

He turned him self to her, took her by the hand and said

“you’re as beautiful as the day that i met you.”

And then kissed her forehead.

She looked down and smiled and giggled. They turn their sight back to the sunrise and spent their morning holding hands gazing at the horizon without a word said.

It was 8:00 in the evening.

It was raining heavily that night. It was so dark, the only light is  available is from the thunder, the porch light far on the cottage, and the police car sirene light in front of the cottage.

He was standing just a feet away from the edge of the cliff. He snapped out of his mind and tried to assault her with a knife after they fight about her being too busy not having time for him. And now he is holding her as a hostage with a knife.

The police, that came from the neighbor’s call to them because they heard screaming, was approaching slowly to him. One is getting closer with his hand readied on his gun holster. The other one is further behind trying to be calm on that situation.

“Stand back! Or i’ll hurt her!”

“Sir, please calm down, we are trying to help you...”

He was too focused to the police. She gathered all her courage and slipped out of his strangle. She slipped away and pushed him back.

He can’t make a stand on the ground for it was too slippery from the rain. He fell down off the cliff to the bottom of it where formation of rocks awaited to sweep his body away to the ocean with the waves.

She screamed and cried as she realized that she just lost her loved one. The police restrained her so she didn’t do anything harmful to her self and tried to calm her down.

The rain stopped falling. Leaving her weep and the sound of the waves below as the sound of the night.

It was 6:00 in the morning.

The sun just rose on the far east horizon. Shinning upon the green grassed cliff with a small white cottage near it’s edge.

She slammed the back door open and ran crying to the edge of the cliff. She stopped just 3 feet away from the edge. Gazed to the ocean with tears streaming down her face. Wetting her eyelashes and cheeks.

He followed her not long after. He grabbed her upfront and stared deep into her eyes. His eyes were shallow like a moron. But his words were deeper than the ocean behind him.

“your eyes are just as beautiful as the day we met, deeper than the ocean you just stared into. That's why i fell for you everytime i look into your eyes. That's why you will always got me.”

Her cry worsen as she heard his words. She hugged him tightly. Her tears dampen his shoulder.

He just hugged her and let her cry until she stopped by her self. And she stopped crying for finally she realized that he got him.

A Letter To Miracle Seeker

Dear, miracle seeker
Those who gave up hope
Those who were left by joy
Ones who sought to find the last resort

            Let me tell you
            Some said, miracle is none
            An illusion of mind
            A fake hope
            Dangling on a string
            Just inches from our sight
            Keeping us up fighting
            For something unreal
            And will never be reached

            But let me tell you
            Miracle is never none
            Miracle can be seen
            Try looking at the mirror
And it will reflect your miracle
The only one you will ever need
The last one you will fight for

            Remember?
When you fight for the thing you want?
When you bring joy to others?
            When you struggles paid off?
When you fell and you got back right up?
When you had your small victories?
When you tell your self not to give up?

Now, take a walk inside the mind and the heart
Look around, once more, and again
Look for your own smile, and see
Look for your own relief and joy, and see
And see that you are all you would need
And see that you will never made it this far, if not for and by your self

So now, dear, miracle
Don’t ever give up on your self
Don’t ever leave your self behind
And remember

You are miracle it self.

The Shattered Wings Vol.5

The dragon landed right behind Rein’s group. The body was full of battle scars, scars from both magic and steel. It breathed fire to a wide area in front of him, preventing the guards from moving in to attack. The guards were standing ready to react to anything and protect Tiana. The dragon was breathing heavily and start staring at Rein after he lit up the fire separating him from the guards and Rein’s group. After a few moment it dropped its giant body to the ground without diverting his stare at Rein.

Rein slowly climb down from the horse and hastily told Tiana “tell your men to stand down”. Without looking back to see how Tiana might respond, Rein approached the dragon carefully. Rein jumped over the fire and closing in to the dragon to a step away from its laying head and put his right hand on the dragon’s snout.

Right after Rein touched the dragon, he immediately knew who it was, Archangel Arkion. Arkion closed his eyes, using his energy to transform some piece of his memory to Rein where he showed Rein the reason why he had to transform into his beast form and what chaos is rampaging on the seventh sky. And also the battle he lost, the battle where he got all his scars and made up his mind to run away from that place.

After witnessing the condition of the seventh sky through Arkion memories, Rein took a step back in shock. Arkion opened his mouth. Inside, a sword laid on his tongue, drowned in fire that looked like liquid. Arkion gulped the liquid fire, leaving the sword in his tongue. A shinning bastard sword with a navy blue handle and a small thunder symbol at the base of the blade. Rein took up the sword and inspected it as if he knew that sword.

Meanwhile inside the castle, Sir Andras has been busy descending the stairs and running from his laboratory at the tower behind the castle to the castle courtyard since he sensed Rein’s group entering the town and another thing flying not so far behind them. A couple times he stumbled and dropped his sword while rashly running until he stepped down the castle door staircase and reached the courtyard.

Seeing a dragon and the ground burning near Tiana, he tighten his left upper arm and his upper body where he gripped his sword. Put his hand on the handle ready to draw it, strengthen the grip. And dashed away to a step behind Rein.

Sir Andras drew his sword to slash Rein from left side. Rein quickly blocked it with his sword. But Sir Andras did a quick spinning kick to counter the block, and sent Rein flying to Arkion side.

Provoked by Sir Andras attack on Rein, Arkion rose back up and breathed fire right to Sir Andras from point blank range. Sir Andras put up a blocking stance with its sword, blocking the fire from touching him and Tiana and the three escort horsemen that were still behind him watching. But it made the fire goes to his side and causing the remaining guards to have to leap back to prevent them self from being burned by the fire.

When the fire breath stopped, Sir Andras put back his sword in but leaving the base of the blade unsheathed. This time he strengthen his grip and charged magic to his sword from his right hand. Causing the sword to glow violently like scorching iron. He took a step back and was ready to let out a slash with his sword.

“Sir Andras! Stand down!” Ordered Tiana. Sir Andras stopped his magic flow and loosen his grip on his sword. The sword glow was overcasted. “there goes another sheath” said Sir Andras as his sword sheath turned to ash. Showing his long straight one tipped sword, guardless, and shinning in black metallic material.

Sir Andras still had his sword ready on his right hand but is standing more calmly. Rein got back up, held his head a little bit dizzy. Still in the tenseness, Arkion dropped his body, sending dust around him. “Arkion!” shouted Rein. Arkion breathed heavily while trying to lift up his head to speak to Rein. Rein ran in front of Arkion, making Sir Andras took a step back in precaution. “whats happening to you?!” asked Rein to Arkion in a worrying tone. “im out of time, and out of energy, i cant maintain my form any longer. That sword you're holding is the only help i can give you. You must help while there is still a little bit of order, Rein.” Said Arkion hoarsely. Arkion finally dropped his head and breathe his last. His body were glowing in light as if his scales were scorching and turned to ash.

Rein looked at the symbol on his sword as he witnessed Arkion turning to ash and whispered in tears “i will, teacher.”

Fear

Only when the curtains has been closed
Only when the darkness has become the new light
Only when the silence has become the loudest of noises
Only when the only company is yourself
Only when you are left alone

            Only then...
            ...It will appear
            Only then...
            ...The nameless will be faced
            Only then...
            ...You will know true fear
            Only then...
...You will be able to see...

...Your true self.

Narcissus, The Beginning

Once was a broken piece of life
Torn apart by discord
Forced to bow down to misery
Chained by the scorching iron of destiny
His resistance were formed not long after
Through a battle with his own demon
Or was it his own angel?
Ripping apart mind by the violent storm of thoughts
Decisions by decisions were taken
As trials and errors occured
And another trials, and another errors
Just to reach the one beginning phase
            The chrysalis of evolution
Not only by thoughts, but also form
Made by the dying hearts of the sacrifices to life
Made by killing hopes from weak hearts
For now i have reach the ultimate, yet not final form
The form of the shapeshift
The liquidation of solid soul
To seek the one true purpose

For i am my own inspiration

For i am my own idol

For i am my own master

For my greatness is mine alone to admire

The Shattered Wings Vol.4

Right when Rein offered his hand to The Woman to help her stand back up. A group of fully armored horsemen stopped their horse not far from them. The horses neighed quite loud it took both Rein and The Woman’s attention. As they both look to the horsemen, a lance was already hurling through the air towards Rein coated in magic that make it look like thunder piercing the air.

Rein leaned back to avoid the flying lance from impaling his head, and ready him self for any attack that might follow. But just in a blink of an eye, the horsemen that were just got off from their horse, suddenly already around him, just halfway from inflicting their attack to Rein. Two on both right and left side, ready to pierce their lance to Rein’s body. One leaping in the air towards Rein, with his sword ready to slash Rein in two. All with magic imbued on their weapon.

Before Rein realized it, The Woman was already in front of him. Using her magic to set the lances launched from both sides off from their course in an instant, not hitting Rein by any inch. Then for some reason the horseman that were about to slash Rein stopped his swing. “Lady Tiana!” shouted by the horseman as he stepped back and sheathed back his sword with his hand still ready on the sword handle. “Stand down men” said Tiana calmly. “the man behind you possesses dark magic, milady! Please step away so we can terminate him immediately!” said the horseman again. Both horsemen with lance was ready to launch another attack on Rein, but then Tiana said “No! The only thing that possessed dark magic is already dead, over there!” as she looked away to where Ukhri body was. Only to found it was nothing but an empty scorched ground.

Rein immediately stood up, standing back to back with Tiana. He tried to form another lightning blade on his palms but failed. As he tried again Ukhri dashed towards him up front with a screeching scream. “ME FIRST!” Screamed Ukhri. But suddenly the horsemen already launching toward Ukhri with their lances pointed to him. And the horseman whose sword was sheathed back was now standing in front of Rein with his sword on the left side of his body, grabbed by both hands, pushed to the ground the tip was a breaking the earth below it.

Ukhri’s dash was stopped by the impale of the two lance horsemen to the upper body, causing Ukhri to spit out dirty blood from his mouth. Followed by a dash by the sword horseman to just a step away from Ukhri, then an upward slash by his electrified sword, and last a horizontal slash on Ukhri’s neck, cutting his whole body in two, and separating his head away.

Rein couldn’t do anything but stared from distance. A reckless shout from behind shocked him. “okay! Now its dead! So stand down!” shouted Tiana to the horsemen. The horsemen sheathed their weapon and cast away their magic and then walked toward Tiana and Rein. “Lady? Are you a royal family member?” asked Rein to Tiana. Tiana turned his head to Rein, not saying a word and then started walking towards the horsemen followed by Rein.

Right after they all grouped up, the horsemen got on their knees. “we received report from Sir Andras that a large number of underlings were spotted near the borders last night!” said the sword horseman to Tiana. Right after, one of the lance horseman flinched and turn his head a bit to the side and said “i’m sensing a large number dark mana far in the forest behind us, we should get back to the castle immediately, sir!”. They stood up and called for their horse. Tiana summoned a wooden horse that climbed out emerging from the earth right after she chanted a spell, a kind of language Rein quite familiar with. The four of them got on their horse, “climb on!” said Tiana to Rein.

Rein climb right up behind Tiana, and the horses start running toward the castle. While on the way, Rein asked Tiana about the spell she was chanting. “if i may ask, what language was that spell you chanted to summon this horse?” asked Rein. “it was a language adopted from the archangels. If you ask how, its a part of the story of the beginning of magic on men i forgot to tell about, it was an archangel, not just an angel.” Answered Tiana. Rein was drowned in thoughts, thinking that what got him down here on the world of men might have been going for longer than he thought it was.

After quite a long ride, they entered a small village, a suburban area of the town they about to enter next. Both the village and the town were quiet, like a ghost town, there were barely lights, only from the torch and street lamp with small fire lit in it. not long after they left the town toward the castle, they stopped in front of a large gatehouse with a deep and wide moat separating in between the Rein’s group and the gatehouse. “Lower the bridge down! Princess Tiana is home!” shouted the sword horsemen to a guard that just got to the top of the bridge with a torch on his hand. The drawbridge lowered down as the guard get back in the gatehouse, providing a way in to the castle ground for the group. And as they entered the courtyard, lines of fully armored guards stood on both sides of the way. Not far have they walked in the courtyard, the earth shook as something landed in front of the already closed bridge, across the moat. They all look towards the gatehouse. A few second of silence took in between all of them.

And then, a large black dragon destroyed the drawbridge to pieces, making a way in for it self.

The Story Of The Blue Phoenix

Once upon a time, there was a phoenix, but instead of having a flaming red fire all over his feathers he had a calming blue fire, but the blue fire is hotter than red fire, anywhere the phoenix goes destruction by fire always follows, because of that everybody despise the phoenix. So the phoenix goes to the ocean, where his blue fire can't destroy anything and where the color is blue like his feathers.
On the ocean, the phoenix met a fish. Knowing the phoenix troubled by his own fire, the fish said “oh phoenix, if you want to put out your fire you should go The Kingdom of Sparkling Light.”
And so the phoenix went there, but once he arrived the kingdom was already on chaos. The phoenix went to meet the king of the kingdom, he asked “oh mighty king, what creature could’ve cause such great chaos on your kingdom?”, the king answered “it’s the horsemen of apocalypse, he is playing his last game before his master call him back.”
Knowing the thing that destroyed his only hope of being not despised anymore, he sought the horsemen in hope that if he stop the horsemen the people of The Kingdom of The Sparkling Light will help him put out his fire so he won’t bring destruction anymore. But the king warned him with a few words that described the horsemen, the king said “Where ride the horsemen, death shall follow.”
And so after a long journey he finally found out where the horsemen might be, but he was shocked when he goes there, it was the king’s castle. The phoenix Flied inside the castle, he asked the king “oh mighty king, why does my search of the horsemen lead me here, to you castle all-over again?”
The king answered “oh phoenix, how innocent you are, for not knowing only those with power able to destroy things, and in this kingdom I hold the highest form of power for I am the leader. I am the horsemen him self!”
The phoenix knew that the only way the people of the kingdom will help him is to end the king’s tyrant reign. So he used the very thing that he himself despise, the blue fire. He fought the king bravely with his fire, knowing that his fire is a tool for destruction, and defeated the king. The people of the kingdom rejoiced for the tyrant reign has ended. But no one is fit for the throne for none of the king’s family member is a good person.
So the people choose it is the phoenix who should rule the kingdom, and knowing the phoenix problem with his blue fire, they taught him a way to conceal it as a blue noble clothing for him to wear.

And so his problem is fixed and so was the kingdom’s problem. And they knew one man’s problem might fix another’s. And when people wanted to know about this story, they will ask the people of the kingdom of sparkling light, and the people will answer : “ask the phoenix about what the king’s warning.”
